We use this with all types of pork, a whole roasted chicken, bison, or tossed in with scrambled eggs for a hearty tasting but simple breakfast. The delightful taste of sweet, warm sage, oregano, fennel and black pepper come from our grandpa’s recipe for sausage. We updated the recipe with our Rosemary Smoked Sea Salt and a pinch of savory.
